Brigitte's New Discovery

As most of you know Brigitte just loves water!!! Well she has found her new water toy! The dog's water bowl!!!! Needless to say the kitchen is always gated now for this reason. The dog's are really annoyed that they can't get into the kitchen but Brig just dumps the bowl over ALL the time!

Brigitte says: "Hey, Where is the water?" She later discovered that there was a little water as she tipped it over and got herself all wet!

Brigitte's First Trip To The Zoo

The first week of May we got to go with daddy on his business trip to St. Louis. We had lots of fun. Basically mommy and Brigitte would drop daddy off and then go play. One of those days we got to go to the zoo. This was Brigitte's first time at the zoo! I wasn't sure if she would pay any attention or not but it would at least pass the time for me!

Brigitte didn't really pay any attention to the animals at first. She was more interested with all of the people walking by her! She is such a people watcher! She did actually get excited with a few animals as long as they were moving. If they weren't moving she was having nothing to do with them. Her favorites became the giraffe, puffins, and flying orangutan.

Brigitte was very surprised to see the giraffe. She is usually looking up at the sky and so as we walked it she finally had something "cool" to look at. She stared at that thing the whole time we were in there. All she was doing was eating. The male giraffe in the other stall was funny and licking the steel pole and there was also a baby giraffe but she wanted nothing to do with them.

The orangutane was mommy's favorite. He was having so much fun swinging from each rope and he was doing it pretty fast too! It was fun to watch him use his hands and feet because they are just like human hands!

I am not sure if Brigitte was more excited to see the Puffins floating around or the water! Whatever it was she wanted to touch it and she sure tired!

Brigitte fell asleep right as we were pulling up to the zoo so I figured she would fall alseep while we were walking around at the zoo and that would be when I would know she was super tired! HA! Well she was awake the whole 2 hours we were there! But I put her in the carseat and as I sat down in the driver's seat this is what I saw! I don't think she has ever feel asleep that fast! She was one tired girl!
